Soul sister shit

This quote is the essence of the community and love and support the seaside woman’s retreat gives me and all the woman who have attended over the years.

Everyone one of them comes away with a Sense of well-being and Companionship and self-worth. As one of the leaders of the retreat I can’t think of a better Testament to how wonderful our retreat is for woman.

Especially now when our Bodily autonomy and rights are under attack from the very people who should be fighting and protecting woman’s and everyone rights to choose and our freedoms. 

All of our teachers are very passion and worried about what’s going on in the country but for the short time during the retreat. It will be the one place that you won’t hear the news or hear political Rhetoric. 

Our retreat is a rest from the world , when all you need to do, is be in the moment.

Feel the wind on your face.

Smell the Ocean.

And hear the laughter.

Sharing the sisterhood.

Even if I wasn’t teaching I would be heading there, I need a rest from the world.

And as a fellow woman I want to share this experience with all woman.

I coined the phrase Soul sister shit , it just came to me last year as I thought about what we were building at out seaside woman’s retreat.

 long lasting friends but more than friends , we are soul sisters.
